  • Each piece begins as a digital sculpture that’s carefully 3D modeled, then brought to life through high-quality 3D printing. Once printed, every figure or mask is cleaned, sanded, and prepped by hand to ensure a smooth, professional finish. I then hand paint and airbrush each one with painstaking detail, giving every piece its own unique character. Because of the time and care that goes into each creation, please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.

    We accept returns if damaged through the shipping process. A claim must be made with the carrier and you must contact us immediately at visceralspfx@gmail.com to arrange a replacement. Please include an image of the items and damaged box, if applies, within 24 hours of receiving.  No returns will be accepted without confirmation from us. 
    We take great care in crafting each piece, and strive for ultimate satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please email us to discuss a possible resolution.  
    Please note if your item is damaged in shipping, you will receive a replacement piece, not a refund.
